IQWallet is a trade name (DBA) of Underground Drilling Holdings LLC, which also conducts business as Vintrix. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of iqwallet.biz (the "Site"), operated by Underground Drilling Holdings LLC, doing business as IQWallet ("IQWallet," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the Site
The Site is provided to give you information about IQWallet's custom e-wallet solutions for e-commerce and e-finance and to allow you to contact us. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to submit false, misleading, or harmful information through our contact form.
No Financial or Investment Advice
Content on this Site is provided for general informational purposes about our services and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or compliance advice. Any engagement for IQWallet's Services is subject to a separate written agreement between IQWallet and the client.

IQWallet provides technology and infrastructure supporting e-wallet, payment, and related financial services offered by us and our regulated financial services and banking partners. IQWallet is not a bank, and any funds held, transferred, or processed through the Services may be held by or transmitted through licensed banking or money transmission partners. Deposit insurance, where applicable, is provided solely by those partners and is subject to their terms, not provided directly by IQWallet.
You are responsible for providing accurate identity, financial, and account information as required for compliance with know-your-customer (KYC), anti-money laundering (AML), and other applicable financial regulations. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if we reasonably believe your use violates applicable law or poses a compliance or fraud risk.
Use of the Services does not guarantee any particular financial outcome, and nothing on the Site constitutes a guarantee of returns, savings, or specific transaction outcomes.
SMS and Email Messaging Terms
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS text messages from us or on our behalf through our messaging provider, Telnyx, LLC, related to your account, transactions, security, and Service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, and may reply HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and message delivery is subject to your carrier's coverage and service availability.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, except where a message is required to deliver a security code or complete a transaction you requested. Your consent to receive text messages and your phone number will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Intellectual Property
The Site, including its text, graphics, logos, and the IQWallet name and logo, is owned by IQWallet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content from the Site without our prior written consent.
